I've never believed that a great salesperson is the one with the slickest script. It's the person who can walk into a conversation, earn trust, ask the right questions, and deliver when it counts. That's how I've approached my career for more than 12 years — and it's how I teach.
I spent years developing new business, building lasting relationships, leading teams, and helping salespeople grow. That experience came from real conversations, difficult negotiations, consistent follow-through, and showing up every day. I know what it takes because I've done the work.
What excites me most now is helping someone else discover what they're capable of. I don't just stand at the front of a room talking about sales. I sit beside reps, make live cold calls with them, work through objections in real time, and help them find their own confidence and voice.
I started Hatch Consulting Group to bring that same hands-on approach to sales organizations, leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals across industries who want to get better. No recycled playbook. No unnecessary corporate jargon. Just practical coaching, honest feedback, and a genuine commitment to helping people grow.
And beyond the business, I want to use my voice to make a difference. That's why motivational speaking is complimentary with every service I offer — and available as a free standalone engagement. My long-term goal is to build a fully transparent nonprofit that turns inspiration into lasting impact.

I also offer standalone motivational speaking engagements free of charge to schools, community groups, businesses, and anyone who asks, subject to scheduling and availability.
There is no speaking fee and no donation requirement. If someone wants to support my larger mission, I hope they will consider a voluntary donation to the fully transparent nonprofit I plan to establish once it is operational and able to accept donations.
